Doings of Charlotte

Cake for Mr Ehlingers birthday in the evening! Charlotte scrunches her neck to keep her play dough necklace on... Erich enjoying the warmth of the cat and trying to fend off the little terrorist!

After an impromptu breakfast of Haby's doughnuts we went to the eye doctor to pay the bill for Erich's wood splinter removal! And posted a package...

And... At church--no use staying home if nothing is going to happen!

I'm not even feeling THAT impatient anymore. Maybe it helped to plan the next weeks menu and shop for it this morning. Last night I cried and was quite dejected, but Erich was so comforting, and cuddling helped my mood. It's hard when even thinking "I'm going to have another baby soon" is not rejuvenating but depressing! I will blame it all on Robin and her unreasonableness about mud.

So thrilled to open it! She gasped with delight as every little bit of paper came off, even though she couldn't see what it was yet! Get it open Charlotte! Yay! A sweet faced Raggedy Ann! Give it a kiss!

Charlotte loves her blanket!  She is snuggling it on her chin... Yesterday morning we sat and visited withe Ehlingers till 11:00am when we went to pick up a check in Moore. On the way back Erich took us to lunch at Los Arcis--a first timer for me! Pretty junky interior but the food was actually good and Charlotte loved when the Christmas lights. It was a really fun thing to do to pass time. (And remember, one of the last times for a while that I will be able to stay out of the restroom the whole meal : ) (because of a nursing baby) In the afternoon we cleaned out the freezer-/Erich did the cleaning! And then cut roses and mowed and when Erich started work on our fence I went to take a nap! Charlotte nursed and gave me contractions but wouldn't fall asleep, do she got banished outdoors with the fence builders and I really got to rest--maybe that's why I have been rolling over and over so early this morning! I mean hey, I don't have Christ's birthday celebration to look f...

Charlotte fell asleep just like that! We were finishing off the fake Sherlock Holmes and timing contractions... ! Good night of sleep though so no baby coming from those yet!

Grammy and Kandace had Charlotte help then decorate Christmas cookies for Scot and Paul! She behaved very well.

Charlotte liked the fancy hand baskets a lot! Oh, and the giant duck was a big hit too--I think she wanted us to get her one.-

I guess it haven't cleaned my sink too recently! This grain found the right conditions to sprout!

Yay! Finally done. And Erich started on the inside too--if we had had a working circular saw we could have had the curling done too! And we ran the wire for the light! Now it will be more necessary to have!

Erich took this picture of me installing the new toilet seat... Something nice and easy a great upgrade!

39 weeks 2 days... No signs of baby coming soon. I'm hoping to get well first though even though it's hard to wait.

Erich let Charlotte shop with this moose--and set her up this way--and she actually relaxed and enjoyed it for a while! Why does it seem like I can't seem to spend as little as I used to--can't believe it used to be a $70 grocery bill every week when I was careful... 38 weeks and two days, and it is Bens birthday--wouldn't this be a good day to have a baby... ( wistful thinking)

Jeremy Fisher has finally gotten framed and put up!

And my button... Robin is guessing an 8 lb. baby--and I'm hoping baby will wait till Christmas and that I will be patient enough to wait too... It's hard waiting even though I don't feel very uncomfortable!

New thing to play with from Kandace--play dough! Hello up there! Charlotte has been loving playing outside! Cows in the oats--such a thick green feild. Moline six The littlest calf!

Little baby is doing a lot of position changing--seems to prefer to hang out wherever gravity pulls--not sure if he's head down, but he is so mobile still, it doesn't worry me! Planning on pineapple for lunch, and feeling a little guilty about it since I read that pineapple sometimes helps start labor--I don't want to cheat him out of the next two weeks, but then I'm ready to meet him and have things different around here!

Our new beginning of a pergola at night! I am so glad Erich and Daniel worked on it for me! And for Travis cutting boards for the shelf I constructed! Love the amount of energy I have had--though I am beginning to need my naps again! This from an old joke book I found on kindle! : ) for some reason even dumb jokes make me smile nowadays! Charlotte getting herself wet and cold this morning in the sprinkles! Today was to have been my 38 week check up, but Robin was at a birth--and it really was too wet for her :  ) Getting a little "unpatient"--I have really been doing well recently, but I want to meet this baby!
